Negative or Positive

Results you can act on

You’ll get a clear negative or positive result.1,2 So you’ll know if a cancer signal is present — and can make an informed plan to move forward.
No cancer signal detected

Negative results

A negative result means the test3 did not find signals of cancer in your blood* — 97% of tests will come back negative.2

Negative result action plan:

Continue routine cancer screenings recommended by your doctor2
Based on your risk, your doctor is likely to recommend regular screening with Cancerguard™

Positive results

A positive result means that the test found a signal of cancer.* This does not mean you have cancer, but does mean that additional testing is needed.2

Positive result action plan:

Your health care provider may take additional steps, like ordering imaging scans or other medical tests, that may be needed to locate and confirm a possible cancer or to rule out that cancer is present.1,4

* False negative and false positive results can occur. A false negative result means the test did not find signals of cancer, but a person does have cancer. A false positive result means the test found signals of cancer, but a person doesn’t have cancer.
